Tropical Sun Jamaican Curry Powder combines flavourful pimento (allspice), a staple ingredient in Jamaican cooking, mixed with a blend of complementary spices. Using 1 tablespoon per 500g, rub the curry powder into any meat or fish and then marinate for a few hours before cooking.
Alternatively, use our curry powder as in ingredient to bring your curry to life or add a taste of the sunshine island to your food.
